LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE KUNA COUNCIL CHAMBERS; CITY OF KUNA. Prusik Construction will be accepting digital bids for the Kuna Council Chambers. Bids will be received by both the Owner and Prusik Construction for the Kuna Council Chambers until 2:00pm on September 15th, 2025. Drawings and Specifications, including bidding documents and conditions of agreement may be examined at the AGC Plan Room in Boise, and available at Blueprint Specialties after August 29th, 2025. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished and must be signed by the bidder with his name and mailing address. Bids received after the bid due date and time will not be considered and no bidder may withdraw his bid after the bid opening time or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid or bids deemed in the best interest of the City Kuna. Bidders shall hold a valid Idaho Public Works Contractor's License in accordance with Title 54, Chapter 19, Idaho Code as amended. Prior to award of a contract for the work contemplated herein, Prusik Construction shall conduct such investigation as it deems necessary to determine the performance record and ability of the apparent low bidder(s) to perform the size and type of project specified in such contract. Upon request, the bidder shall submit such information as deemed necessary for such an investigation. The successful Contractor(s) shall carry out their employment practices and payment of wages according to the provisions of Title 44, Chapter 10, Sections 44001 through 44-1006 Inclusive, Idaho Code as amended and shall comply with the Equal Employment Opportunity provisions as defined in the respective Code of Federal Regulations.
