The Redevelopment Area described by the Plan, as amended, is generally bounded by NE 82nd Street on the north, Agnes on the west, the northern city limit of Gladstone, Missouri on the south, and Missouri State Highway on the east in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri (the "Redevelopment Area").
