NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING NINTH AMENDMENT
TO THE PLATTE PURCHASE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
This notice is being provided, pursuant to Section 99.825, RSMo, and in accordance with Section 99.830, RSMo., to inform you that there will be a public hearing held by the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City, Missouri (the "Commission"), as follows:

WHY: regarding the Ninth Amendment (the "Ninth Amendment") to the Platte Purchase Development Plan (the "Plan")
The purpose of this hearing is to consider recommending to the City Council of Kansas City, Missouri the approval of the proposed Ninth Amendment to the Plan, which provides for modifications to the (a) description of the Redevelopment Projects and Redevelopment Project Areas, (b) the description of the Project Improvements and Public Improvements, (c) the Specific Objectives of the Plan, (d) the Estimated Budget of Redevelopment Projects, (e) the most recent equalized assessed value of the of the Redevelopment Projects Areas, (f) the estimated equalized assessed valuation after redevelopment, (g) the Sources Funds described by the Plan and (h) exhibits to the Plan with such other conforming changes that are in furtherance of the forgoing modifications.
The Redevelopment Area described by the Plan, as amended, is generally located at the intersection of 152 Highway and N Platte Purchase Drive, extending north along the west side of N Platte Purchase Drive to a point approximately 1,200 feet south of NW 100th Street and extending 1,200 to 3,000 feet to the west of N Platte Purchase Drive; extending north along the eastside of N Platte Purchase Drive to N Fountain Hill Drive and 1,000 feet to the east of N Platte Purchase Drive; and extending south of M-152 along the east side of N Platte Purchase Drive to approximately NW 88th Street on the south and approximately 1,200 feet east of N Platte Purchase Drive; and extending south of M-152 along the west side of N Platte Purchase Drive approximately 1,800 feet, extending 600 to 1,000 feet west of N Platte Purchase Drive including approximately 371 acres of land in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri (the "Redevelopment Area").
The Ninth Amendment, as proposed, may be reviewed by any interested party on or after October 1, 2025, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the Commission Offices, located at 300 Wyandotte, Suite 400, Kansas City, Missouri 64105 and at the following website: https://edckc.com/agencies/tax-increment-financing-commission-tif/tif-proposed-plans-amendments/
In accordance with Section 99.830.2(3), RSMo, all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.
In accordance with Section 99.830.3, RSMo, each taxing district located wholly or partially within the Redevelopment Area may submit comments or objections to the Commission concerning the subject matter of the public hearing prior to the date of the public hearing by submitting such comments to Heather Brown at the following address:
