CITY OF ROANOKE REQUEST FOR HOLIDAY DECOR AND LIGHT DISPLAY SERVICES PROPOSALS It is the intent of the City of Roanoke to select a Holiday Decor and Lighting Company to provide unique and remarkable outdoor holiday decor and lighting services for the City of Roanoke's 2025 holiday season. Upon successful completion of the project, The City of Roanoke and selected contractor may choose to renew the contract for two option year periods consisting of the 2026 and 2027 holiday seasons. Holiday seasons are defined as October 01 through January 30. The contract would be renewed at the same rate as the original contract.
