Haskins, Trial Counsel, Denver Regional Office, Securities and Exchange Commission, 1961 Stout Street, Suite 1700, Denver, Colorado 80294, (303) 844-1000, so that they may be served with a Summons and Complaint. If they do not contact the SEC by the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days of the first publication of this notice, or by October 13, 2025, the SEC will be entitled to seek entry of default in the above-referenced case pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55(a).
