You are hereby notified pursuant to Order of Superior Court of Bibb County Judge, dated August 19, 2025, that a Petition to Quiet Title with the above-referenced style was filed on January 30, 2023, in the Superior Court of Bibb County by Sheldon Hewitt (Petitioner). The Petition, if granted, will extinguish any interest you have in that certain tract or parcel of land located in Bibb County, Georgia, and fully described at Exhibit A to the Petition.
