NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF 1ST DISTRICT HARRISON WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated June 2, 2006, executed by JUSTIN M LLOYD and FRANCES G LLOYD conveying certain real property therein described to EMMETT JAMES HOUSE OR BILL R. MCLAUGHLIN, as Trustee, for REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE, Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein described, as same appears of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of 1st District Harrison County, Mississippi filed and recorded June 5, 2006, at Instrument Number 2006-11508T-J1; and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned to Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2015-1, by U.S. Bank National Association as Indenture Trustee; and WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as Substitute Trustee; and NOW, THEREFORE, the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, as Substitute Trustee or his duly appointed agent, by virtue of the power, duty and authority vested and imposed upon said Substitute Trustee shall, on September 24, 2025 within the lawful hours of sale between 11:00AM and 4:00PM at the front door on the east side of the Courthouse proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds ONLY, the following described property situated in 1st District Harrison County, Mississippi, to wit: LOT TWENTY-FOUR (24), SOUTHERN PLANTATION ESTATES SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCERY CLERK OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, IN PLAT BOOK 33 AT PAGE 20. PROPERTY ADDRESS: The street address of the property is believed to be 17103 GINA LN, GULFPORT, MS 39503. In the event of any discrepancy between this street address and the legal description of the property, the legal description shall control.
