Sealed bids will be received at the Administrative Building located at 1005 State Street, East Saint Louis, Illinois, 62201 by the Purchasing Department until Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (central time) whereupon bids will be publicly opened and read. Copies of the bids may be obtained in the Purchasing Department on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 after 10:00 a.m. or email at yulrie.tanner@estl189.com. Each proposal shall be sealed and plainly marked "RFB9272-PURCHASE & INSTALL FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT" on the outside of the mailing envelope and received by the Purchasing Department, on or before 10:00 a.m. (central time) of the above date.
