PUBLIC NOTICE Mark Tysinger will apply (has applied) to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to install a 6'-7' high timber bulkhead at the critical line at the toe of bank for private use at/in 61 Mount Pelia Road (Lot 833) on the May River. Comments will be received by the Bureau of Coastal Management, 1911 Boundary Street, Suite 104, Beaufort, SC 29906 by 16 September 2025.
