NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Benner Township, Centre County, Pennsylvania, at the regular monthly meeting to be held on September 2, 2025, at 7 p.m. at the Benner Township Municipal Building, 1224 Buffalo Run Road, Bellefonte, PA 16823, intends to consider an ordinance titled "AN ORDINANCE TERMINATING THE BENNER TOWNSHIP WATER AUTHORITY AND AUTHORIZING ALL ACTIONS TO EFFECTUATE THE SAME. A summary of the ordinance is to direct termination of the Benner Township Water Authority as previously created by Benner Township, and specifying actions to be taken by the Board of the Benner Township Water Authority to wind up its operations, transfer its assets and liabilities, and proceed with terminating its existence as a municipal authority.
