You have been made defendants in the lawsuit filed in this Court. The Petition filed against you is a civil action seeking to determine the sole and only heirs-at-law of Larry Coleman Summerlin, deceased as the following: Larry Craig Summerlin, David Scott Summerlin and Laura Summerlin Breazeale.
