NOTICE In compliance with Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, the Granite City Housing Authority (GCHA) has developed its Agency Plan for FY 2026 and update to the 5 Year Plan for the years 2026-2030. This document is available for review starting August 19, 2025, at the GCHA Central Office located at 2517 Nameoki Road, Granite City, IL. The Plan may be reviewed at this office until October 2, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The Authority's hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. In addition, there will be a Public Hearing held on October 2, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Recreation Hall at 2517 Nameoki Road, Granite City, IL. People are welcome to provide public comments prior to and at this meeting. Written comments will be accepted on the proposed plans and should be mailed to the above address to the attention of the Executive Director.
