NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DEDICATE A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT TO PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of Riverbank Unified School District ("District"), has, by resolution adopted by the Governing Board on August 12, 2025, declared its intent to convey a public utility easement to Pacific Gas and Electric Company ("PG&E"), pursuant to the authority of California Education Code sections 17556, et seq. Copies of the resolution of intent to dedicate are available upon request. The District owns real property located at 3651 Santa Fe Street in the City of Riverbank, County of Stanislaus, State of California, bearing Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 132-008-001. PG&E has requested that the District convey to PG&E an easement on this property to excavate for, construct, reconstruct, replace (of initial or any other size), remove, maintain, inspect, and use facilities and associated equipment for public utility purposes, including, but not limited to, electric, gas, and communication facilities, together with a right of way therefor, on, over, and under the easement area, and also ingress thereto and egress therefrom, over and across that certain land. The Governing Board will consider approval of this dedication to PG&E following a public hearing at its September 9, 2025, Board meeting. The public hearing will be held at 5:30 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.
