TOCH Public Comment Opportunity: 2024-2025 Community Development Block Grant Annual Performance Report Town of Chapel Hill residents are invited to review and comment on the FY 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). This report details the Town's progress on the FY 2024-2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Plan and performance on the overall priorities and objectives. All comments received will be recorded in the final document submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The official 15-day comment period is September 5, 2025 through September 20, 2025.
