NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING WESTVIEW NORTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors (the "Board") of the Westview North Community Development District (the "District") will be held at 8:00 a.m. on September 24, 2025, at the Westview Clubhouse, 12500 NW 24th Avenue, Miami, FL 33167. The purpose of this meeting is for the Board to hold a public hearing on and discuss and consider a resolution approving the levy of non-ad valorem special assessments on assessable properties within the North Parcel of the District in connection with the financing of the purchase and acquisition of the community's clubhouse and clubhouse facilities and certain other capital projects (collectively, the "Project") benefitting the properties within the North Parcel of the District, to address, discuss and consider matters pertaining to the Project and the issuance of bonds funding the same, and for the Board to address any other business which may properly and lawfully come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting will be available seven days prior to this meeting and may be obtained from the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Rd., Sunrise Florida 33351 or by visiting the District's website at www.westviewnorthcdd.com. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
