Public Notice Pine Island Property Holdings LLC will apply to SCDES-BCM for a permit for the replacement of an existing residential dock. Specifically, the proposed dock consists of a 6'x136' fixed pier walkway leading to a 24'x25' pier head with a 26'x27' roof. A 12'x24' floating dock will be access from the pier head via a 3'x30' gangway. In addition, two 12'x13' boat lifts will be accessed from the walkway by a 3'x46' catwalk. A 3'x25' stair access from the walkway is also included. The purpose of the structure is for private recreational access to Waters of the US. The site is located at 3 St. Helenville Road, St. Helena Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina.
