NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS CEDAR HAMMOCK FIRE CONTROL DISTRICT 2025-2026 Tentative Millage Rate Hearing 2025-2026 Tentative Budget Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at Cedar Hammock Fire Control District, Station 1, located at 5200 26th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34207, the Board of Fire Commissioners will hold two public hearings. The purpose of the first hearing is to hear testimony and adopt the 2025-2026 Tentative Millage Rate, Resolution 2025-04 and providing for an effective date. Following the first hearing, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Cedar Hammock Fire Control District will hold a second public hearing to hear testimony and to adopt the 2025-2026 Tentative Budget, Resolution 2025-05 and providing for an effective date. Following the public hearings, a regular business meeting of the Board will be held. The District's Public Meeting and Hearings will be open to the public and conducted in accordance with applicable Florida law.
