PARKING LOT REPLACEMENT
INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS:
The City of Fairview Heights, Illinois is accepting bids to provide removal and replacement of the existing HMA surface course at the City of Fairview Heights Police Department facility parking lot. Bids shall be placed on the forms provided, and returned in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder, and marked "FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS POLICE DEPARTMENT FACILITY, PARKING LOT REPLACEMENT" on the front, addressed to the Public Works Committee, c/o City Clerk, 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL 62208. Any sealed envelope not marked as designated above will not be accepted as a bid. All bids must be received prior to 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 10, and will be opened at that time.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the bidding procedure.
Information may be obtained from the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, Telephone 618-489-2020, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Bidding documents may be obtained beginning on Monday, August 25, 2025 from the office of the City Clerk, 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, Illinois 62208, or electronically by contacting the Public Works office at 618-489-2020.
