NOTICE OF INCLUSION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
IN THE WEST BOISE SEWER DISTRICT,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO
TO: ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
That on the 11th day of August, 2025, pursuant to Idaho Code Section 42-3218, there was filed in the Office of the Board of Directors of the West Boise Sewer District, Ada County, Idaho, a Petition for the Inclusion of Certain Real Property in the West Boise Sewer District, by Jackson, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company, and Jeff D. Jackson, a single man as his sole and separate property, each as to an undivided 50% ownership interest, as owners of certain real property located outside of said West Boise Sewer District, situated in the County of Ada, State of Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
A portion of Lot 2, Block 1 of Randall Acres Subdivision No. 12 as shown in Book 13 of Plats on Pages 875 and 876, records of Ada County, Idaho, being located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 13, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Boise, Ada County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a Brass Cap monument marking the northeast corner of said NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, from which a Brass Cap monument marking the southeast corner of the SE 1/4 of said Section 13 bears S 0°14'43" W a distance of 2659.24 feet;
Thence along the easterly boundary said NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 S 0°14'43" W a distance of 137.13 feet to a point;
Thence leaving said easterly boundary N 89°31'17" W a distance of 33.00 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin on the westerly right-of-way of S. Cole Road and the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence along said westerly right-of-way S 0°14'43" W a distance of 68.17 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin;
Thence leaving said westerly right-of-way N 89°31'17" W a distance of 114.20 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin;
Thence N 0°14'43" E a distance of 2.24 feet to a 1/2 inch diameter iron pin; Thence N 89°27'48" W a distance of 96.87 feet to a 1/2 inch diameter iron pin; Thence N 0°14'43" E a distance of 65.84 feet to a 1/2 inch diameter iron pin; Thence S 89°31'17" E a distance of 211.07 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
This parcel contains 14,168 square feet (0.325 acres) and is subject to any easements existing or in use.
Petitioners state that they are aware that it will be the expense of the landowner to provide for such installations to connect to the lines of the District.
The District may require payment of a reasonable filing fee in an amount to be determined by the Board, and reimbursement of the publication fee charged to the District for legal publication of notice of annexation.
That the said Petitioners pray that the real property described herein be included in the West Boise Sewer District, Ada County, Idaho.
That a public hearing on said Petition will be held at 7608 Ustick Road, Boise, Idaho, the office of the said West Boise Sewer District on the 9th day of September, 2025, at the hour of 7:15 pm, where all persons interested may appear and show cause in writing, if any they have, why said Petition should not be granted.
