Notice to Bar Right of Redemption
To: Barbara Guwin, Joseph McCranie, Wayne McCranie, and any and all heirs of Gloria Sapp, and any and all other interested parties
Please take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Macon, Bibb County, gEorgia, know as Lot A of Subdivision of Lot 4 & 5 of Subdivision of Lot 9, Phil Johnson Land, as shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 112, Clekr's Office, Bibb Superior Court. Said lot has the metes, bounds and dimensions as shown on said plat which by reference is made a part hereof for more complete description.
This is the same property described in a deed dated February 27, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 7419, Page 114, Clerk's Office, Bibb Superior Court.
Under the present system of numbering, this property is known as 1605 Walker Road, Macon, Georgia.
Tax Map/Parcel Number: O094-0327
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the October 3, 2025.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of August, 2024, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Bibb County, Georgia, in Deed Book 11978, Page 35.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 3rd day of October, 2025, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
