City of Saginaw Ordinance No. 2025-18 An ordinance of the City of Saginaw, Texas amending chapter 10, "Buildings and Building Regulations," of the Saginaw city code by adding a new article xxv, "Short-Term Rental Registration, Regulations, and Inspection Program," to establish registration and inspection requirements for Short-Term Rentals and Related Fees; providing that this ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordinances; providing a severability clause; providing for a savings clause; providing a penalty clause; providing for publication in the official newspaper; and providing an effective date. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each violation of this Ordinance.
