SPECIAL COMMISSIONER'S NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HARRISON 1ST WHEREAS, on the 14th day of January, 2002, Lillian A. Glendenning, a single person, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Virgil Robinson, Jr, Trustee for Dryades Savings Bank, F.S.B., Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison 1st County, Mississippi in Book 2361 at Page 239 Instrument# 2002 997 T-J1; and WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Trustee of Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust I by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument# 2021-5510-T-J1; and WHEREAS, by Order Granting Amended Petition to Substitute Commissioner, Default Judgment and Judicial foreclosure styled Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. v Lillian A. Glendenning, et al; Cause No. 2019-1641(3); in the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi, rendered on the 10th day of July, 2025, which reforms the legal description of the Deed of Trust at Book 2361, Page 239. Order also grants Plaintiff a declaratory judgment through the reformed subject Deed of Trust and recognizes Plaintiff has a valid, enforceable, first priority lien as to the subject property secured under the Deed of Trust. Further, said Judgment finds that Plaintiff is entitled and authorized to proceed with judicial foreclosure and Dean Morris, LLC is hereby appointed as Special Commissioner for purposes of judicially foreclosing said Deed of Trust. Order and Final Judgment appearing in the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi Chancery Clerk's land records in Inst. #2025-0017371-T-J1, on the 14th day of August, 2025; and; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 24th day of September, 2025, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the East main front door of the Harrison County Courthouse, 1st Judicial District, located on 23rd Avenue at Gulfport, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Harrison 1st County, Mississippi, to-wit: From the intersection of the North line of C. Camp Road with the West line of the Northeast quarter (NE1/4) of the Southwest quarter (SW1/4) of Section 21, Township 6 South, Range 12 West, First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi, run North 790.9 feet to the point of beginning; and from said point of beginning, thence run North 80.11 feet; thence run South 89 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds East 548.41 feet to the West margin of C. Camp Road; thence run South 39 degrees 48 minutes 39 seconds West along the West line of C. Camp Road 231.54 feet; thence North 75 degrees 13 minutes West 413.50 feet to the point of beginning. TOGETHER WITH that certain 1999 Brighton Mobile Home Serial No. 14721095 1999 Brighton 46'x28' Serial No. 14721095 I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.
