The other Defendants in this action are The City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi; The Sands at Front Beach, LLC; George Albert Brumfield, Jr., as Trustee for the Testamentary Trust created under the Last Will and Testament of William Lee Brumfield, dated November 16, 2011; Brumfield Properties, Inc.; Cadence Bank; Howard Martin Burke; Adella B. Burke; and The Sands Homeowners Association, Inc. You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written response to the Complaint to Robert T. Schwartz, the attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 2137 E. Pass Road, Gulfport, Mississippi, 39507.
