NOTICE OF ADOPTION- 2025 CITY OF BRADENTON'S STATE HOUSING INITIATIVES PARTNERSHIP(SHIP) ANNUAL REPORT STATE FISCAL YEARS 2022-2023, 2023-2024 Notice is hereby given that the City of Bradenton, Housing and Community Development Division has prepared its Annual State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) report for the periods covering State Fiscal Years 2022-23 and 2023-24. The Annual Report outlines housing activities the City accomplished during the 2022-23 and 2023-24 program years. Citizens are invited to review and comment. The report will be available for review September 5, 2025. The Ship Annual Report will be available at the following location: City of Bradenton Housing & Community Development Division 101 12th St. W.The report will also be available electronically by emailing housing@bradentonfl.gov. The plan will be approved by the Bradenton City Council on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. Once approved, the Annual Report will be submitted to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation by September 15, 2025, for final review and approval.
