REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 2025-21-01-03 FOR BANK DEPOSITORY ADVERTISEMENT The City of Mansfield is requesting proposals from qualified banking institutions to provide bank depository services. The contract is for a three(3) year term with two(2) one-year options commencing October 1, 2025. All fees shall be fixed for the terms described . All fees shall be fixed for the five-year term. Financial institutions must be able to provide basic and complex banking functions to meet the high demand presented by the City of Mansfield and its financial responsibilities. Institutions responding to this RFP must be: A Federal or State- chartered banking institution, insured through the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and able to demonstrate the capacity to meet all specified requirements outlined in the full RFP document. Only financial institutions with locations/branches within the Mansfield city limits are eligible to submit a proposal. It is the Proposer's responsibility to ensure that they have secured and thoroughly reviewed all aspects of the RFP documents prior to submitting Proposals. Any revisions or clarifications to be incorporated into this document will be confirmed in writing prior to the due date. No verbal responses will otherwise alter the specifications, terms, and conditions as stated. Sealed proposals (one hard copy and one electronic copy) will be received by the City of Mansfield, Texas on or before 2:00 p.m. CST on September 12, 2025, in the City Secretary's Office, 1200 E Broad Street, Mansfield Texas 76063. Proposals must be clearly marked "Sealed Cost Proposal for City of Mansfield – Bank Depository" (Company Name) DO NOT OPEN. The name of the Proposers shall be read aloud on September 12, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CST.
