A public hearing will be held on September 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the City of Clovis Council Chambers located at 1033 Fifth Street in Clovis to review and discuss approval of the CAPER. By this notice, the City of Clovis invites parties that have an interest or may be impacted by the activities discussed in the report, to submit a written comment in-person, via telephone, via mail or e-mail (see contact information below) and/or attend the Public Hearing to provide their views and comments. Citizen participation is considered an important element of the CAPER process and is encouraged by the U.S. Department of HUD to receive and incorporate public comments into its planning and review process. All comments received before 4:30 P.M. on September 8, 2025, at the addresses below, and those made at the public hearing, will be considered and included as an attachment in the CAPER document.
