COUNTY OF PIERCE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 2024-RFP-167 REVIEW OF FRANCHISE FEE AND PEG PAYMENTS TO THE RAINIER COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pierce County is soliciting a request for proposal for REVIEW OF FRANCHISE FEE AND PEG PAYMENTS TO THE RAINIER COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION. The County is currently seeking qualified proposers to review cable franchise fee payments made by Comcast to the Rainier Communications Commission's members. The review will determine under/overpayment of amounts due, as well as interest charges and applicable fees, and total subscriber counts by year per jurisdiction.
