PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS Fiscal Year 2026 Operating Budget The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas will hold a public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2026 operating budget on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. The hearing will be held during the regularly called City Council Meeting in the Council Chambers at City Hall, Second Floor, 200 South Main Street, Grapevine, Texas 76051. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and make comments. This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year's budget by $22,287 or 0.08%, and of that amount, $192,386 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.
