NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to California Commercial Code Section 9610 that the following described property will be sold by Karen Ricci and Diane Wilkinson at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, in lawful money of the United States, or a cashier's check payable to Karen Ricci and Diane Wilkinson, payable at time of sale, on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., at the following location: In the Breezeway adjacent to the county General Services Building Located at 1087 Santa Rosa St. San Luis Obispo CA 93408. Said sale is to be held without covenant or warranty as to title, possession, quiet enjoyment, financing, encumbrances, or otherwise on an "as is," "where is" basis. Upon sale to a third-party bidder, the mobilehome must be removed from the Premises. Alternative arrangements may be made with Pineview Mobilehome Park within 3 days after said sale, the conditions of which will be at the Park's discretion. The total amount due on the obligation encumbering this property, including estimated costs, expenses and advances as of the date of the public sale, is $163,496.80.
