You are further summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint or Petition against you in this action at 9:00 O'Clock a. m. on the 18th day of November, 2025, at the Jackson County Chancery Court, Pascagoula, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered declaring Harley Edward Stork, Jr., Debra Rose Aycock, Ronald L. Stork, Phillip Elbert Stork, Darryl Irving Stork, Elizabeth Ann Bosarge and Eric Franklin Pierce as the heirs-at-law of Patricia Southern Stork, deceased, and for any other things demanded in the complaint or petition, and process in the manner prescribed by law, for each defendant is hereby returnable to that date.
