Notice of Cedarville permit modification announcement Whatcom County Health and Community Services is seeking modification of coverage under the Washington Department of Ecology's NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities at the industrial site, known as Cedarville Landfill, located off Cedarville Road north of Mt Baker Hwy in Bellingham. Activities requiring permit modification include: (1) Paving of existing gravel drive lanes and ramps and (2) construction of a stormwater treatment pond.
