NOTICE OF SALE
CITY OF FOUNTAIN INN, SOUTH CAROLINA
$880,000* GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND, SERIES 2025A (BANK QUALIFIED)
$2,000,000* TAXABLE GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND
Proposals for the purchase of the above-referenced Bonds will be received by City of Fountain Inn, South Carolina ("City") pursuant to the Request for Proposals. A copy of the Request for Proposals may be obtained as described below. A summary of the terms of the Bonds and the Request for Proposals are described herein. PROPOSALS DELIVERED BY E-MAIL WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Sale Date: September 3, 2025, or on such other date and time as may be established by the City and communicated electronically not less than 48 hours prior to the time the proposals are to be received for the rescheduled sale.
Sale Time: 12:00 p.m. South Carolina Time.
Bonds Dated: Date of Delivery (expected to be September 10, 2025).
Tax Status: Series 2025A (Tax-Exempt/Bank Qualified); Series 2025B (Taxable).
Payment Dates: The Series 2025A Bond will mature on March 1, 2026, as to principal and interest.
Interest accrues on the principal amount of the Series 2025B Bond outstanding from its dated date until maturity or earlier prepayment and is payable semiannually on each March 1 and September 1, beginning on March 1, 2026. The Series 2025B Bond is subject to mandatory, sinking fund redemption, prior to its stated maturity, on March 1 in each of the years shown below at a redemption price equal to the par amount thereof (to the extent not previously redeemed), plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Final maturity
Prepayment: The Series 2025A Bond will not be subject to repayment prior to maturity.
The Series 2025B Bond is subject to prepayment prior to maturity, at a minimum, in whole or in part at any time after the first half of the term has elapsed.
