Allen, a single person executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Hancock Bank, its successors and assigns, which deed of trust was recorded on June 1, 2009; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to Nationstar Mortgage LLC D/B/A Mr. Cooper by assignment recorded as Instrument No. 2019-4797-T-J1 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi.
