Notice of Availability Final Environmental Assessment and Signed Finding of No Significant Impact and Finding of No Practicable Alternative for Installation Development and Modernization Projects at Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, Mississippi Keesler Air Force Base (AFB) has finalized the environmental assessment (EA) and signed the finding of no significant impact (FONSI) and the finding of no practicable alternative (FONPA) for its installation development and modernization projects. The EA demonstrates that the Proposed Action would have no significant impacts on human environment, including natural environment and supports a FONSI. The EA also finds that there are no practicable alternatives to the projects located on the 100-year floodplain.
