A Guardianship Petition was filed on June 27, 2025, and a Title 13 RCW Guardianship hearing will be held on this matter on: September 16, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., at: Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, WA 98225. You should be present at this hearing. The hearing will determine if the court should establish a Title 13 RCW guardianship, and appoint a guardian for the above named child. A petition for order Appointing Title 13 RCW guardian, if granted, could result in substantial restrictions to the rights of the parent(s). If you do not appear at the hearing, the court may enter a guardianship order in your absence. SUMMONS: You are summoned to appear at the hearing on the date, time and place set forth above.
