Pursuant to Section 33-36.1 of the Code of the County of Miami-Dade County, the Assistant Director of the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved with conditions the following adjustments for residences at the following addresses:
V2024000186 ALEXANDER HERNANDEZ Administrative Adjustment to permit the existing single-family resi- dence setback 12.5’ (15’ for 50% of the lineal footage of the width of the house and 25’ for the balance required) from the rear (north) property line and setback 4.8’ (5’ required) from the interior side (east) property line and to permit the residence with a lot coverage of 43.6% (40% permitted).
