The current offer for the property is $301,000.00, and the proposed sale is scheduled to close on August 29, 2025.
Any person wishing to file an upset bid must do so within ten (10) days from the date of this notice by submitting a sealed written bid to the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Durham County, Judicial Building, 510 S. Dillard Street, Durham, NC 27701, in Special Proceeding File No. 25SP000239-310.
Each upset bid must:
Be at least five percent (5%) higher than the current bid or seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) more, whichever is greater; and
Be accompanied by a deposit in cash, certified check, or cashier's check equal to the greater of five percent (5%) of the new bid amount or seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), payable to the Clerk of Superior Court.
The sale will remain open for upset bids until no further qualifying upset bid is filed within ten (10) days after the filing of the last qualifying bid.
