Notice of Meeting Dates Vizcaya In Kendall Community Development District The Board of Supervisors of the Vizcaya in Kendall Community Development District will hold their regularly scheduled public meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 at the Kendall Square Clubhouse, 9501 SW 171 Ave, Miami, Florida, on the third Tuesday of every month at 10:00 a.m. as follows: October 21, 2025, November 18, 2025, December 16, 2025, January 20, 2026, February 17, 2026, March 17, 2026, April 21, 2026, May 19, 2026, June 16, 2026, July 21, 2026, August 18, 2026, September 15, 2026. All meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or members of the public may participate by a computer, tablet or phone. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit questions and comments to the District Manager's office at lhernandez@managserv.com in advance to facilitate the Board's consideration of such questions and comments during the meeting. Any person requiring special accommodations at any of these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at any of the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
