and (vi) all rights of Trustor to terminate, amend, supplement, modify, or waive performance under the Property Agreements, to compel performance and otherwise to exercise all remedies thereunder, and, with respect to Property Agreements that are letters of credit, to make any draws thereon; BUT EXPRESSLY EXCLUDING any severed crop inventory, and accounts and cash arising from the sale of crops.
