A Mandatory Open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held, for Bidders that did not attend the first or second Pre-Bid Meeting, at 11:00am on August 19, 2025 at the Project Site at 157 Eagle Lane, Biscoe, North Carolina 27209. If you have attended any of the two prior Pre-Bid Meetings, you do not need to attend this pre-bid Meeting to bid.
