Bids will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time Thursday, August 28, 2025 in the Purchasing Office, 2500 Carlyle Ave., Main Complex Room 3304, Belleville IL, 62221. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held August 21, 2025, 11:00 AM at the Boiler House/Building 16 across from the Metrolink Station on the Belleville Campus. Bid documents are available by contacting the Purchasing Office at Purchasing@swic.edu. The College reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in bidding and to accept the bid that in our judgment best serves the interest of the College.
