SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HARRISON 1ST WHEREAS, on the 8th day of November, 2013, Linkton Lockett III, Married & Christie Lockett, Married , executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto W. Stewart Robison, Trustee for Green Tree Servicing LLC, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison 1st County, Mississippi in Instrument# 2013 12741 T-J1; and WHEREAS, on the 12th day of June, 2023, the Holder of said Deed of Trust filed a Loan Modification Agreement of Deed of Trust by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk of Court in Instrument# 2023-0010900-D-J1; and WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for RCF 2 Acquisition Trust by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument# 2023-0009586-T-J1; and WHEREAS, on the 11th day of April, 2024 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument# 2024-0006756-T-J1; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 17th day of September, 2025, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the East main front door of the Harrison County Courthouse, 1st Judicial District, located on 23rd Avenue at Gulfport, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Harrison 1st County, Mississippi, to-wit: Lot 10, Block 9, Harborview Addition to the City of Long Beach, as per map or plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi in Copy Plat Book 2A, Page 172.
