NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF STATEMENT OF ACTIVITY To all interested agencies, groups, and persons: Rebuilding Together of Greater Charlotte (RTGC) intends to submit a pre-application to the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, for a Housing Preservation Grant (Section 533) for FY2025. RTGC seeks this grant to provide housing rehabilitation grants to at least 8 very low to low-income homeowners. The rehabilitation grants will make critical repairs to ensure the safe and healthy occupancy and preservation of their homes in the eligible areas of Gaston, Iredell, Union, and Cabarrus counties. A proposed Statement of Activities will be available for public review and comment at the RTGC offices located at 9625 Southern Pine Blvd, Suite A, Charlotte, NC 28273, from August 15-31 from 9 AM – 5 PM Monday - Friday.
