NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 COUNTY OF MERCED FINAL BUDGET NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Merced, State of California, that the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 was adopted by said Board of Supervisors on June 17, 2025, and copies of said Proposed Budget were and are available for review at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Third Floor of the County Administration Building located at 2222 "M" Street, Merced, California, on June 17, 2025, and thereafter to any taxpayer desiring same. A copy of the Proposed Budget was and is also made available on the following County of Merced web page: https://www.countyofmerced.com/ArchiveCenter/ViewFile/Item/950 ALSO, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Merced, State of California, on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM and from day to day thereafter until such hearing is concluded, in the Board Chambers, Third Floor of the County Administration Building, located at 2222 "M" Street, Merced, California, for the purpose of conducting a Public Hearing and adopting the Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. All interested persons may appear at place and time above mentioned and be heard by said Board of Supervisors for or against any part of said Budget.
