NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REVISE THE APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 ESTABLISHED UNDER ARTICLE XIII B OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Merced, State of California, on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the Board Chambers, Third Floor, of the County Administration Building, located at 2222 "M" Street, Merced, California, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing and revising the Appropriation Limit for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 established under Article XIII B of the Constitution of the State of California, as recommended by staff. Documentation used to determine the appropriation limit may be reviewed in the Auditor-Controller's Office, Main Floor, County Administration Building. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
