PUBLIC NOTICE Robert Hammersla has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management to rebuild an existing 16'x16' pierhead with the addition of a roof, construct a 3' wide x 30' long catwalk without handrails to access a 13'x12' 4-pile boat lift, replace the 10'x29' floating dock in kind, and replace the 4' wide x 163' long dock walkway in kind and install handrails. The existing 3' wide x 24' long gangway will be replaced with a 4' wide x 24' long aluminum gangway, and the 4-pile boat lift will be relocated. The purpose of this project is to provide recreational water access to Cat Island Creek for the private residence at 2 South Point Trail, Beaufort, SC 29907.
