RFQ#FAC2026-1 LEGAL NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Qualification Period: October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 The District Board of Trustees of State College of Florida (hereinafter called the "College" or "SCF") requests qualification statements from companies interested in doing business with the College. General Contractors (hereinafter called the "Contractor") must be prequalified to be eligible to compete in multidisciplined construction-related projects over $50,000 to $1,000,000 that arise during the qualification period. General Contractors will be pre-qualified on a Per Project basis for multidiscipline construction projects over $1,000,000. You are invited to submit a reply subject to the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein and are hereby made part of this invitation. All proposals must be uploaded to https://vendorlink.scf.edu/ no later than 10:00am EST on October 1, 2025. Proposals will be opened publicly at that time. Proposals received after that date and time will be rejected. Proposals will not be evaluated for responsiveness until the evaluation committee meets.
