NOTICE TO BIDDERS Merced County Office of Education 632 West 13th Street, Merced, CA 95341 NOTICE TO BIDDERS REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS FOR MODULAR BUILDING CONTRACTORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Merced County Office of Education, MCOE, (hereinafter the "District") of Merced, CA, acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive sealed bids no later than 1:30:00 pm, on September 10, 2025, at the MCOE Maintenance & Operations Office located at; 2100B Cooper Avenue, Merced, CA 95348 for the following project: New Modular Special Ed Classroom Building (s) to be located at Pioneer Elementary School in Merced, CA & Lee Anderson Education Center in Atwater, CA Fabricate, transport and install a 2,400 sf, mono-roof slope, standing seam metal roofing, moment frame building, utilizing a 15'x32.5' module. The building must have a DSA approved PC, 7 feet overhangs at the front of the building with 2' sidewall and rear overhangs, Hollow metal doors and windows, tackboard at interior classroom walls, FRL at restrooms and suspended T-bar ceilings. Building must also have complete mechanical HVAC system, electrical power & lighting and plumbing fixtures. Note: Slab-on-grade & foundation, under slab plumbing, site utilities, fire alarm system, casework, flooring, signage, window coverings, all site improvements including site grading & drainage shall be completed by others.
