O2025-520, An Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Authorizing the Approval of Applications for Open Space Classification under Current Use Assessment on Certain Properties Located Within the Unincorporated Boundaries of Pierce County; and Adopting Findings of Fact. Ordinance No. O2025-520 was passed by the Pierce County Council on July 29, 2025. It was signed by the Executive on July 30, 2025. It will become effective on August 9, 2025.
