LIGHT, deceased, including those creditors who do not have to file, register and probate a claim, pursuant to Mississippi Law. Pursuant to §91-7-269 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended, you are hereby notified to file your claim by the hearing date, (as set out below), and are summoned to appear in the Chancery Court of Harrison County, Mississippi, at 9:00 a.m. on the hearing date on the 22nd day of September 2025 before the Honorable Jim Persons who will take up such claim or claims for examination and adjudication, and any objections thereto in the Harrison County Courthouse located at 1801 23rd Avenue, Gulfport, Mississippi. It is not necessary for any creditor to re-file with the Clerk of the Chancery Court, any claim against the estate of RICHARD M. LIGHT, deceased, that has already been duly probated and registered within the time and manner required by law.
